Job Responsibilities:
1. Sales management position, responsible for the main goals and plans in its functional areas;
2. Formulate, participate in or assist the upper management in the implementation of relevant policies and systems;
3. Responsible for the daily management of the department and the management, guidance, training and evaluation of the department's employees;
4. Responsible for the sales operation of the organization, including planning, organization, progress control and review;
5. Set sales targets, sales models, sales strategies, sales budgets and incentive plans;
6. From the perspective of sales and customer needs, provide guiding suggestions for product research and development.
7. Establish and manage the sales team to complete the sales target;
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing and other related majors;
2. More than 5 years of work experience in the sales industry, more than 2 years of experience in sales management;
3. Have abundant customer resources and customer relationships, and have excellent performance;
4. Strong market analysis, marketing, promotion skills and good interpersonal communication, coordination skills, analysis and problem-solving skills;
5. Have a strong sense of professionalism and have certain leadership skills.
